Kia Polymer Arvand Cooperative Company, with the well-known brand name Kia Polypipe, is one of the most experienced and reputable companies in the polyethylene pipe and fittings manufacturing industry in Iran. The company began its activities in 1995 with the aim of responding to the growing needs of the water, agriculture and wastewater industries, and over the past two decades, by developing its infrastructure and improving the quality of its products, it has become known as a reliable brand in this field.
Kia Polymer Arvand factory is located on a land area of more than 10,000 square meters in Sepiddasht Industrial Park, Hassan Abad Jarqoye (Isfahan Province). This complex, with the use of 4 fully automatic extruder production lines, is capable of producing all types of single-wall polyethylene pipes with diameters of 16 to 400 mm and working pressures of 4 to 20 atmospheres. The company's annual production capacity meets the needs of small to large national projects.
Kia Polypipe has a well-equipped quality control (QC) laboratory that operates as an official partner of the Isfahan Provincial Standards Office. In this laboratory, all manufactured products undergo numerous tests, including: tensile and hydrostatic strength tests, thermal rebound tests, impact tests (Charpy), dimensional and weight control, soot percentage tests and their dispersion in the polymer structure to ensure full compliance with INSO 14427, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
